Our Story

We have a life-long love affair with eating pasta, making pasta, and everything that goes on top of pasta. We live and breathe the philosophy: “eat good pasta, have a good time”, and this guides every decision we make.

When self taught cook Tristan Fraser became restless mid-pandemic, he started rolling out dough for takeaway pasta nights at Like Minds on the Central Coast of NSW. Co-owners Jimmy and Mel generously shared their space for these pop-ups and then started the Wednesday Farmers Markets where we were able to link up with local producers and farmers to source exceptional ingredients for our recipes.

All of our pasta is freshly made using the highest quality Italian flours and pasture-raised organic eggs from local producers like Mountain Pride Farms, Grace Springs Farm and Full Circle Farm. We strive to use the best organic, and pesticide-free ingredients, working with local farmers such as Fanelli Organics, Little Creek Gourmet, and using the incredible regeneratively farmed and truly pasture-raised meat products from Full Circle Farm, Grace Springs Farm and others from the region. So you know where your food is coming from.

We now hold regular pop-ups out of Block 'N Tackle a micro brewery in South Kincumber, Bar Toto in Ettalong, and of course Like Minds where it all began. Stay tuned though as we have a few new and exciting collaborations coming soon!

Drop us a line if you would like to hold a Pop-Up Pasta event in your space on the Central Coast. We love collaborating on ideas and working together with like-minded people to showcase amazing producers and our “good food” philosophy, while connecting with our community.
